ATAC has been established to develop the first apprenticeship programmes designed specifically to train and upskill individuals in developing, manufacturing and delivering innovative therapies at scale. A range of programmes have been designed in collaboration with accredited apprenticeship training providers and industry. ATAC offers a unique experience by ensuring that apprenticeships are tailored to suit specialist industry needs, and also provides apprentices and employers additional support and industry-led activities to complement programmes.
Advanced Therapies Skills Training Network (ATSTN)
ATSTN is an industry driven, Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult co-ordinated programme that connects training resources and educational programmes from across the advanced therapies, biologics and vaccine manufacturing industry. It comprises
an Online Training Platform which is a one-stop portal for providing remote searching and access to industry-standard training resources (f2f training, e-learning, virtual training, VR/IR, videos, animations webinars etc.);
a network of National Training Centres that provide essential on-site training courses and sessions in areas such as manufacturing, GMP/GxP and bioprocessing, giving you hands-on expertise to develop a successful career in biomanufacturing;
