The 2nd BSGT Annual Conference was held in the Hulme Hall at the University of Manchester
The scientific programme of the conference featured key national and international speakers, with sessions focussing upon vector toxicity and safety, adenoviral vectors, stem cells and cellular therapy, genetic disease, cancer gene therapy and repair, and non-viral vectors. These were preceded by an education session aimed at students and researchers new to the field and seeking to gain an overview of vector systems and delivery. The main Conference Sessions included 4 - 6 short presentations, selected from the submitted abstracts.
